In order to play the game more successfully what also needs to happen is a re-educating of the muscles and body movement, so that Resistance is transformed into Assistance, movement becomes automatic, free and natural.
By bringing play and playfulness back into the game of life this workshop will enable you to explore your goals in a totally different way. Through a variety of activities you will become aware of your limitations of movement and thought, in relation to your top goals.
By not only changing your focus and mindset but also your ability to move freely, you will be able to put vitality and buzz back into your goals and life, and lead a much more productive, happier and healthier lifestyle. You will then find your goals being fulfilled naturally.

The Intuitive Writer Sat 31st July 2010 10.30am - 6.30pm, Northolt (Central Line), 2 mins from the tube station. Just off the A40.
